Guesthouse Lewis News

Galson Farm Guest House lies on the west coast of the Isle of Lewis. The farm is part of a crofting village where Gaelic is the everyday language. The shore lies just a short walk through the croft and is ideal for fishing, birdwatching and beach combing, with views of the Butt of Lewis. From our quiet peaceful location we are within easy travelling distance of everything that the island has to offer:
Stornoway (20 miles)
Tarbert (70 miles)
Butt of Lewis/Port of Ness (8 miles)
Steinacleit (Pre historic circle, 3 miles)
Trushel Stone Monolith (3.5 miles)
Arnol Blackhouse Museum (10.5 miles)
Gearrannan Blackhouse village (18 miles) Carloway Brock (18 miles)
Callanish Standing Stones (26 miles)
Great Bernera/Bosta Iron Age House and village (45 miles)
Uig Sands (50 miles)
